Library Media Center Access

At Farmingdale School District, we strive to provide a comprehensive library that caters to our students' diverse reading needs and maturity levels. Students have access to all Farmingdale High School library resources. However, parents or guardians can limit access to print books intended for an adult audience (as determined by the publisher). To opt out, complete this form for each new school year and submit it to the Assistant to the Superintendent for Administration.
